If we can spend 30-45 minutes together we can define what you are looking for clearly. I have a formal process that catches the needed info by simply having a casual discussion. Home types, areas, schools, interior and exterior preferences.

I also look to understand details around your high level financial situation and goals. Is this a stepping stone home, equity builder, or forever home?

This session is about understanding You. Of course, you can ask me any questions you have as well.


Collaborative Hunt

Zillow is every house hunters friend, I expect you to shoot me listings as you hunt. I will also setup searches based on the criteria we define and get real time updates to new listings or For Sale by Owner listings. When you send me a house, I preview them for you. All of the pictures today are wide angle lenses and light/bright. Sadly, many houses are dogs, you need not run around endlessly with the kids. I will preview them and take you to the ones that make the cut.

One very unique aspect of my services is my depth of construction knowledge. I have flipped and rebuilt many houses, including my own. I can tell you if something is a big tickets or low hanging fruit items. I will them compare that to the marketplace and ensure you are making the right investments.
